The Company provides business consultancy, feasibility advisory, financial structuring guidance, and related professional advisory services. Our services are advisory and consultative in nature only. We do not provide regulated financial advice, act as an investment broker, manage client funds, or hold any licence to provide regulated financial services. Any financial structuring work we undertake is advisory — helping clients understand their options and plan their approach — and does not constitute regulated investment or financial brokerage activity. Clients who require regulated financial, legal, or tax services must engage appropriately licensed professionals.
All consultancy engagements are formalised through a written Scope of Work or Engagement Letter signed by both parties. Work commences only upon receipt of an agreed advance payment or deposit as specified in the proposal. Verbal instructions do not constitute a binding engagement.
Fees are as specified in each engagement proposal. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company accepts payment via Razorpay, including American Express and other major payment methods. Late payments may attract interest at the applicable statutory rate. The Company reserves the right to suspend work until outstanding invoices are settled.
All reports, models, presentations, and other deliverables produced remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for their own internal business purposes. Deliverables may not be redistributed, published, or provided to third parties without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to hold confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the conclusion of the engagement for a period of three (3) years.
Our advisory work is based on the best available information and our professional judgement at the time of the engagement. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or regulatory approvals. Clients act on our recommendations at their own commercial discretion.
The Company's aggregate liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from reliance on our advisory outputs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Client data is retained for seven (7) years following the conclusion of an engagement, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry data from non-clients is retained for up to two (2) years.

The Company reserves the right to cancel an engagement in cases of non-payment, material breach of engagement terms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, fees for work completed to the cancellation date will be retained and the balance refunded within 14 business days.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds on card payments (including American Express processed via Razorpay) are subject to gateway processing timelines, typically 5–10 business days following approval. Bank transfer refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Any dispute regarding cancellation or refund should be raised in writing to JNJGroup@hotmail.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly.

Our deliverables are documents and digital files — reports, feasibility studies, financial models, strategic presentations, and advisory notes. No physical goods are produced, shipped, or exchanged as part of our services.
All deliverables are provided electronically in agreed formats (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other formats as specified in the Scope of Work), delivered via secure email or shared document platform. Delivery timelines are specified in each engagement's Scope of Work.
We will communicate proactively if deliverable timelines are at risk. Where delays arise due to the client's failure to provide required information, approvals, or access, timelines will be revised accordingly without penalty to the Company.
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the Scope of Work. Revisions within the agreed scope are accommodated at no additional charge. Revisions falling outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before commencement.
Deliverables are deemed accepted unless the client provides specific, written objections within 7 calendar days of delivery. Objections must be specific, reasoned, and relate to the agreed scope — not a request for material change in direction.
Intellectual property and licence rights as described in the Terms & Conditions apply to all delivered materials. Clients may not redistribute, publish, or provide deliverables to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.
